Verses On Putting The Mind At Ease
With worrying, making the mind not at peace, this is without benefits, wasting mental and physical energy. It would be better to, with utmost sincerity, be wholeheartedly mindful of the Buddha (Āmítuófó: 阿弥陀佛).
When peacefully abiding on the Buddha’s name, connecting to the Buddha, attains peace of mind. With heavier evil karma becoming lighter retribution, these then are true benefits.
