Question: As a Buddhist, what considerations are there, for what should be my Main Practice (正行)?
Answer: Here are some conditions to note.

[54] Top Ten Considerations For Choosing Your Main Buddhist Practice
[1] Easiness: It should be relatively easy for you to learn.
[2] Sustainability: It should be easily practised by you regularly, at any convenient time, and extendible at will.
[3] Finality: It should also be your last yet still definitely practicable practice later, when on your deathbed.
[4] Connection: It should be able to connect with all other (secondary) Supportive Practices (助行), if any.
[5] Present Benefits: It should be able to benefit you now, in all aspects of life.
[6] Future Benefits: It should be able to bridge you to the best future life, which ensures and expedites your progress to Buddhahood.
[7] Continuity: It should be able to connect to your future life’s practices seamlessly.
[8] Helpfulness: It should be able to help others with all these benefits, by sharing it with them, and practising it with them, including when they are departing, or have departed.
[9] Company: It should have many inspiring exemplary practitioners, such as Great Bodhisattvas (大菩萨) and Great Arhats (大阿罗汉).
[10] Recommendation: It should be unanimously praised and recommended by all Buddhas, especially for this Dharma-Ending Age (末法时期) we are in now, when the general quality of the Dharma being taught, learnt, practised and realised is declining.
Question: The above considerations seem sensible, but not easy to meet? Is there a Dharma Door that meets all of them?
