勿成千古罪人
Do Not Become A Thousand Ages’ Transgressing Person
汝净业若不成，
即成千古罪人！
You, if [with] pure karmas not accomplished [for rebirth in Pure Land, will] then become [a] thousand ages’ transgressing person!

Note: This is self-admonition that the master used for his own personal motivation. It warns oneself that if this precious but limited human rebirth is not used well, to learn diligently and practise sincerely, for reaching Pure Land, it will be letting oneself and others down, with these others being many sentient beings, whom we might otherwise more skilfully deliver, if Pure Land is reached. All Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Great Masters and teachers’ kind efforts to guide us to Pure Land will be let down too.
无上禅
Unsurpassable Meditation
净念相继三摩地，
心佛一如无上禅。
[With] pure mindfulness [in] continuous succession [to attain] samādhi, [the] mind [and] Buddha [becoming] one thus [is] Unsurpassable (Chán) Meditation.
