西方有路少人登，
一句弥陀最上乘。
把手牵他行不得，
直须自肯始相应。

To the Western Pure Land is a path, yet [relatively] few people ascend it. With one line of Āmítuófó’s name, is the most supreme vehicle. If grasping their hands, dragging others to walk it, this cannot work. Directly needing oneself to be willing, only then having correspondence.

请一心念阿弥陀佛。
With Faith and Aspiration mindful of Buddha attains birth in his Pure Land Of Ultimate Bliss. Please be wholeheartedly mindful of Āmítuófó.
