中秋八月有微寒，
零露瀼瀼被草菅。
Mid-autumn in the eighth month has mild coldness, with descending dew heavily wet covering coarse grass.
一树桂花香露泄，
万家明月影团圝。
With each tree’s osmanthus flowers’ fragrance revealed and released, in ten thousand homes with the bright moon’s reflections are reunions.
长思故国无音信，
几欲高飞少羽翰。
Long contemplating our homeland without news, nearly going to soar high yet lacking bird wings.
行树重重含佛土，
何时亲倚玉栏看？
Of lined trees layer upon layer contained in the Buddha’s land, when will we personally lean on its treasure balustrades to see them?
