[2] Second Month: [When The] Time [Is] That [Of The] Second Month…
时当二月景堪夸，
好念弥陀玩物华。
[When the] time [is] that [of the] second month, [with] scenery worthy [of] flaunting, [this is] good [for] mindfulness [of] Āmítuófó, [when] enjoying [the] scenery [with] flowers.
浅白梨花初破朵，
淡黄杨柳乍抽芽。
[As] light white pear flowers first break [into] clusters, light yellow poplar [and] willow suddenly sprout buds.
轻烟薄雾莺儿店，
细雨微风燕子家。
[With] faint smoke, thin mists [and] oriole chicks [in] inns, fine rain, gentle breezes [and] swallows [in] homes.
争似故乡佳丽地，
七重行树语频伽。
Competing [to] resemble [our] homeland’s beautiful ground [in Pure Land, with] seven layers [of] lined trees speaking [the Dharma with] kalaviṅkas.
