弟子众等，今于阿弥陀佛圣像前（或佛前），至心顶礼、虔诚供灯，愿佛哀怜摄受。
I, disciple _____ [name] and all others, now before Āmítuófó sacred image, with sincere minds prostrate, piously offer lights, wishing the Buddha to compassionately gather and receive us.
并以此供灯功德，回向尽法界虚空界，十方刹海所有众生，令诸众生，安住正法、信愿念佛、同登极乐。
Also with this light offering’s meritorious virtues, dedicating them completely to the dharma realm’s empty space’s realms’ ten directions’ lands’ and oceans’ all sentient beings, to enable all sentient beings, to peacefully abide in the right Dharma, with Faith and Aspiration be mindful of Buddha, together ascending the Pure Land Of Ultimate Bliss.

得无量光，
以大慈悲，
拯济群萌。
May all sentient beings,
attain your Immeasurable Light,
with great loving-kindness and compassion,
saving and aiding sentient beings.

愿一切众生，
得无边光，
离诸偏执，
获中道见。
May all sentient beings,
attain your Boundless Light,
to depart from all prejudiced attachments,
and obtain the Middle Path’s view.
[3]
愿一切众生，
得无碍光，
心如虚空，
森罗万象。
May all sentient beings,
attain your Unimpeded Light,
with the mind like empty space,
that includes the limitless ten thousand forms.
[4]
愿一切众生，
得无对光，
心外无法，
满目青山。
May all sentient beings,
attain your Incomparable Light,
with the mind outside without dharmas,
filling the eyes with green mountains.
[5]
愿一切众生，
得炎王光，
三途黑暗，
顿然照亮。
May all sentient beings,
attain your Flame King Light,
with the three paths’ darkness,
suddenly illuminated.
[6]
愿一切众生，
得清净光，
转淫欲火，
为真实明。
May all sentient beings,
attain your Pure Light,
to transform lustful desire’s fire,
as true reality’s brightness.
[7]
愿一切众生，
得欢喜光，
慈念有情，
普施安乐。
May all sentient beings,
attain your Joyful Light,
with loving-kindness mindful of sentient beings,
to universally give peace and bliss.
[8]
愿一切众生，
得智慧光，
等观三界，
空无所有。
May all sentient beings,
attain your Wisdom Light,
to equally contemplate the three realms,
as empty without all.
[9]
愿一切众生，
得不断光，
勇猛精进，
修诸善法。
May all sentient beings,
attain your Uninterrupted Light,
to be bold, powerful and diligent,
in cultivating all good dharmas.
[10]
愿一切众生，
得难思光，
名号妙德，
无能测量。
May all sentient beings,
attain your Difficult-To-Conceive Light,
named as wonderful virtues,
that are not able to be measured.
[11]
愿一切众生，
得无称光，
水清月现，
感应道交。
May all sentient beings,
attain your Unnameable Light,
like water clear having the moon appearing,
attain connection and response for mutual interaction
with those on the path and the Buddha.
[12]
愿一切众生，
得超日月光，
正觉大音，
响流十方。
May all sentient beings,
attain your Surpassing Sun-Moon Light,
with right awakening’s great sound,
loudly flowing through the ten directions.
愿尽虚空遍法界所有众生，悉蒙慈光照触，身心柔软、业消智朗、真为生死、老实念佛、莲池海会、共证菩提。
May all in empty space, pervading the dharma realm’s all sentient beings, all receive loving-kindness’ light’s illumination and touch, to have bodies and minds with gentle suppleness, negative karma eradicated and wisdom clear. Truly for ending the cycle of birth and death, may all earnestly be mindful of Buddha, with the lotus pond’s ocean-like assembly, together realise Bodhi.
