Guide To Awakening Instead;
Never Put To ‘Sleep’
Enough euphemism,
saying ‘put to sleep’ (i.e. euthanasia),
instead of ‘put to death’,
when there is no waking.
If you will not
put your human loved ones to ‘sleep’,
why should you
put your animal loved ones to ‘sleep’?
Please offer guidance (开示)
and support-chanting (助念) sincerely
to alleviate suffering and expedite peace and bliss (安乐)
in Āmítuófó’s (阿弥陀佛) Pure Land (净土).
