[84] 一句「南无阿弥陀佛」，成佛尚有余裕，不学密法，又有何憾？
[84] [As The] One Line [Of] ‘Námó Āmítuófó’, [For] Accomplishing Buddhahood, Still Has [That] After Abundant, Not Learning [The] Esoteric Dharma, Furthermore Has What Regret?
◎ 一句「南无阿弥陀佛」，只要念得熟，成佛尚有余裕，不学密法，又有何憾？切勿以密宗有现身成佛之义，遂将往生西方置之不论，则其失大矣。
◎ [Summary]: [As with the] one line [of] ‘Námó Āmítuófó’, only needing [to] recite [it to] gain familiarity, [for] accomplishing Buddhahood, still has [that] after abundant, [if] not learning [the] Esoteric Dharma, [this] furthermore has what regret? [You] absolutely [must] not [be] with [the] Esoteric Tradition having [the] meaning of [in this] present body ‘accomplishing’ Buddhahood, thereupon with rebirth [in the] Western [Land] set aside without discussion, [as] then [will] this loss [be] great.
净土法门，彻上彻下。
[The] Pure Land Dharma Door, penetrates [to those] above [and] penetrates [to those] below.
将堕阿鼻者，念佛尚得往生；已证等觉者，尚须回向往生西方，以期圆满佛果。
Those going [to] fall [into] Avīci [Hell, with] reciting [of Āmítuó]fó[’s name (阿弥陀佛)], still [can] attain rebirth [in his Pure Land]. Those [who have] already realised Equal Awakening, still must dedicate [to be] reborn [in his] Western [Land Of Ultimate Bliss (极乐世界)], with hope [of] perfecting [the] Buddha fruit.
切勿以密宗有现身成佛之义，遂将往生西方置之不论，则其失大矣。
[You] absolutely [must] not [be] with [the] Esoteric Tradition having [the] meaning of [in this] present body ‘accomplishing’ Buddhahood, thereupon with rebirth [in the] Western [Land] set aside without discussion, [for] then [will] this loss [be] great.
