弥陀观音皆救苦接引
[92] Āmítuófó [And] Guānyīn [Púsà] Equally Save [From] Suffering, Receive [And] Guide
阿弥陀佛四十八愿，岂有不救苦厄之事？
[As] Āmítuófó [i.e. Amitā(bha) Buddha] [has] forty-eight vows, how can [he] not have [the] practice of saving [from] suffering [and] difficulties?
观音菩萨随机示导，岂有不接引生西之理？
[As] Contemplator Of [The World’s] Sounds Bodhisattva [i.e. Guān(shì)yīn Púsà: 观[世]音菩萨], according [to] situations manifests [and] guides, how can [she] not have [the] principle of receiving [and] guiding [for] birth [in the] Western [Pure Land Of Ultimate Bliss]?
生西当以信愿为本，若遇危险念观音，有信愿，命终决定生西方。
[For] birth [in the] Western [Pure Land, those] with Faith [and] Aspiration as roots, if meeting dangers mindful [of] Guānyīn [Púsà], having Faith [and] Aspiration, [if at] life’s end, [they will] definitely [be] born [in the] Western [Pure Land].
或只专一念弥陀，有苦厄，亦必解脱。
Perhaps only [with] focused single-minded [i.e. wholehearted] mindfulness [of Ā]mítuó[fó, those] having suffering [and] difficulties, likewise [will] definitely [be] liberated [from them].
