人人能念佛念观音
[93] Everyone [Is] Able [To Be] Mindful [Of] Āmítuófó [And] Guānyīn Púsà
救灾，当以尽人能念者为有大益。
[For] saving [from] disasters, [we] should [be] with that everyone [is] able [to be] mindful of [i.e. recite mentally or verbally] as having great benefits.
若摩利支天咒，所印虽多，亦难于大劫临头时用，宜取消。
If [with the] Mārīcī Heavenly Mantra, that [is] printed, although many, [as they are] also difficult to, when great disasters [are] approaching [be] used, [they] should [be] done away with.
令人念观音圣号，虽三岁孩童也能念。
Leading people [to be] mindful [of] Contemplator [Of The World’s] Sounds [Bodhisattva’s] name [i.e. Námó Guānshìyīn Púsà (南无观世音菩萨)], even three-year-[old] children [are] also able [to be] mindful [of it].
[Note: Likewise can all be mindful of Āmítuófó (阿弥陀佛).]
且勿谓支天咒之利益大，念观音之利益小。
Moreover, [do] not say benefits of [the] Mārīcī Heavenly Mantra [are] great, [that] benefits of mindfulness [of] Contemplator [Of The World’s] Sounds [Bodhisattva are] small.
纵此咒即观音示现，亦当以念观音为事。
Even if this mantra [is] immediately [with] Contemplator [Of The World’s] Sounds [Bodhisattva] manifesting, [you] also should [be] with] mindfulness [of] Contemplator [Of The World’s] Sounds [Bodhisattva] as practice.
汝信心虽好，不知一法普摄一切法之至理，及不知要紧之时，愈约愈妙。
Your faithful mind, although [is] good, [you do] not know [the] utmost principle that one Dharma [Door] universally gathers all Dharma [Doors], and [do] not know that when urgent, [the] more brief [it is, the] more wonderful [it is].
儒教亦云：「博学而详说之，将以反说约也。」汝若知此义，当以光言为至论。
[The] Confucian teachings also say, ‘[Those for] extensive learning then detailedly explaining it, will instead [be] with asserting brief.’ You, if knowing this meaning, should [be] with [Yìn]guāng’s words as [the] utmost doctrine.
