[(From) Different Karmas Arise All Realms]
At that time, [the] World-Honoured [One] told [the] Dragon King, saying, ‘[As] all sentient beings’ minds’ perceptions [are] different thus, [they] create karmas [that are] likewise different. Due [to] this thus, [there] are all realms [and] rebirths.
Dragon King, [do] you see [that in] this assembly [and in the] great ocean within, [there are those with] bodies [and] countenances, [with] each kind different [or] not? Such all, [are with] none not from [their] minds’ created good [and] non-good physical karmas, verbal karmas [and] mental karmas, [by] those caused.
Yet [their] minds [are] without forms, [and] cannot [be] seen [and] obtained. [They] however are [with] all illusory dharmas collected arising, ultimately without masters, without selves [and] those [of] selves. Although each follows karmas, [with] their appearances not [the] same, yet truly within, without having those creating [them]. Thus [are] all dharmas all inconceivable, [with] self-nature like illusions.
