大小菩提心偈
Verse On Great And Small Bodhi Mind
小菩提心
Small Bodhi Mind
念死而念佛，
生西了生死。
With mindfulness of impending death, then be mindful of Āmítuófó, for birth in his Western Pure Land Of Ultimate Bliss, to be liberated from the cycle of birth and death.
大菩提心
Great Bodhi Mind
后续入生死，
劝诸也念死。
Thereafter continue entering the cycle of birth and death, to encourage all others to be with mindfulness of impending death too.
生死一线
A Fine Line Divides Life From Death
因念死而念佛
因念佛了生死
Due to mindfulness of death, be mindful of Āmítuófó. Due to mindfulness of Āmítuófó, transcend birth and death.
