服药偈
念佛乃至，
十念一念，
必感弥陀，
得生极乐。
信愿不定，
而数不定，
并非名号，
有时无效。
阿伽陀药，
圆满之药，
以信愿服，
即刻生效。
Verses On Taking Medicine
Mindfulness of Buddha, even with
ten thoughts, or one thought,
definitely connects to Āmítuófó,
to attain birth in his Pure Land Of Ultimate Bliss.
With Faith and Aspiration not definite,
then is the number of thoughts not definite,
truly not because Āmítuófó’s name,
is sometimes ineffective.
His name, being Āgada,
as perfect and complete medicine,
with Faith and Aspiration taken,
immediately takes effect.
