敦伦尽分，注重念佛
[30] [With] Harmonious Human Relationships, [To The] Utmost Fulfil Responsibilities [And] Emphasise [On] Mindfulness [Of] Buddha
当今之世，纵是已成正觉之古佛示现，决不另于敦伦尽分，及注重净土法门外，别有所提倡也。
Of [this] world nowadays, even if [it] is [with] ancient Buddhas [who have] already accomplished Right Awakening manifesting, [they will] definitely not, other [than] with harmonious human relationships [to the] utmost fulfilling responsibilities, and emphasis [on the] Pure Land Dharma Door, have another [of] that promoted.
使达磨大师现于此时，亦当以仗佛力法门而为训导。时节因缘，实为根本。
If Great Master Bodhidharma appears in this age, [he] also will [be] with relying [on the] Buddha’s power’s Dharma Door then for instruction [and] guidance. [With this] time’s cause [and] conditions, [it] truly is fundamental.
违悖时节因缘，亦如冬葛夏裘，饥饮渴食，非唯无益，而又害之。
To be contrary to [this] time’s cause [and] conditions, [is] also like [being in] winter [with] summer clothes, [in] summer [with] fur garments, hungry [with] drinks, [and] thirsty [with] food. Not only [are they] without benefits, yet [they are] also harmful then.
