修行以戒行诚敬为本
Cultivation [Is] With Precepts’ Practice [With] Sincerity [And] Respect As Foundation
一切佛事，俱以戒行诚敬为本。
All Buddhist matters, [are] together with precepts’ practice, [with] sincerity [and] respect as foundation.
若戒行精严，诚敬笃至。
If precepts’ practice [is] diligent [and] strict, sincerity [and] respect [will be] profound [and] utmost.
则三宝诸天，皆为拥护。
Then [will the] Triple Gem [and] all heavenly [beings], all for [you, offer] help [and] protection.
否则无边法力，莫之能感。
Otherwise, [of] boundless Dharma power, [there will be] none of [you] able [to] connect [to it].
