欣厌偈
Verses On Joy And Revulsion
韦提希夫人，虽是王室人，
亦成念佛人，以此劝世人。
Queen Vaidehī, although was a royal family member, also became a person mindful of Āmítuófó, with this encouraging the world’s people.
虽已得富贵，却遭恶子苦。
先悲泣雨泪，生厌离娑婆。
Although already with wealth and honour, yet encountering suffering due to her evil son. First sorrowfully weeping and raining tears, gave rise to revulsed renunciation of this Sahā World.
虽已得富贵，盼清净业处。
后心生欢喜，生欣求极乐。
Although already with wealth and honour, she hoped for a place with pure karmas. Later with her mind giving rise to joy, gave rise to joyful seeking of the Pure Land Of Ultimate Bliss.
