阿弥陀佛神光妙德
Āmítuófó’s Spiritual Light’s Wonderful Virtues
无量清净佛放大光威神已，诸无央数天人民及蜎飞蠕动之类，皆悉见无量清净佛光明，莫不慈心欢喜作善者。
[When] Immeasurable Pure Buddha [i.e. Āmítuófó] emitted great light [that is] awe-inspiring already, all innumerable heavenly [and] human people, and types of flying bugs [and] wriggling [beings], all saw Immeasurable Pure Buddha’s bright light, [with] none [of] those [who do] not [with] loving-kindness’ mind [and] joy do good.
诸有泥犁禽兽薜荔，诸有考治勤苦之处，则皆休止不复治，莫不解脱忧苦者。
All niraya[-beings], birds, animals [and] pretas, of all places [with] questioning, punishing [and] toilsome suffering, thus all stopped, not again [with] punishment, [with] none [of] those not liberated [from] worries [and] suffering.
诸有盲者，则皆得视；
[Of] all those having blindness, thus [will] all attain sight.
诸跛躄蹇者，则皆得走行；
[Of] all those lame, thus [will] all attain walking.
诸病者，则皆愈起；
[Of] all those sick, thus [will] all [have] healing arise.
诸尪者，则皆强健；
[Of] all those weak, thus [will] all [be] strong [and] healthy.
愚痴者，则皆更黠慧；
[Of] those ignorant, thus [will] all [be] more intelligent.
诸有淫泆者，皆修梵行；
[Of] all those having lust [and] licentiousness, all [will] cultivate pure practices.
瞋怒者，皆悉慈心作善；
[Of] those [with] aversion [and] anger, all [will with] loving-kindness’ mind do good.
诸有被毒者，毒皆不行。
[Of] all those having been poisoned, [the] poisons all [will] not work.
