Giving Rise To Bodhicitta
Giving rise to Bodhicitta means
having the aspiration to be perfect in compassion and wisdom.
This does not mean
Bodhicitta is expected to be perfect instantly.
As long as you do not
give up aspiring to become perfect,
you can easier perfect your Bodhicitta,
by eventually reaching Pure Land.
Even if Bodhicitta is not perfect now,
it will be perfectly given rise to
upon reaching Pure Land,
as inspired by Amituofo, Guanyin and Dashizi Pusa.
Reaching Pure Land
Aspiring and practising to reach Pure Land
does not mean
you are expected to be perfectly pure instantly,
now or before the end of this life.
As long as you do not
give up aspiring to become pure,
you can easier perfect your purity,
by eventually attaining birth there.
Even if purity is not perfect now,
it will be perfectly attained
upon training in Pure Land,
as taught by Amituofo, Guanyin and Dashizi Pusa.
