念佛显密圆通
四字名号【阿弥陀佛】，全皆梵语，
但念不忘，与持咒同，是名曰密；
且念且参，观心究理，是名曰显。
为门少异，归元则同，显密圆通，事理无碍。

Mindfulness Of Buddha Is Perfect Penetration With The Exoteric And Esoteric
[Of the] four-worded name [of Āmítuófó], completely all [in the] Sanskrit language, only mindful [of it and] not forgetting [it], with upholding [of a] mantra [being the] same, [this] is named [as the] esoteric. [As practice], also mindful [of it and] also investigating [it, with the] contemplating mind examining [its] principle[s, this] is named [as the] exoteric. As [Dharma] Doors [with] little differences, [with] returning [to the] source then [the] same, [with the] exoteric [and] esoteric perfectly penetrating, [with] practice [and] principle without obstruction.
