专圆偈
Verses [On] Focused [And] Complete Cultivation
二祖善导，
摄中下根：
专修净业；
一心持名。
[The Pure Land Tradition’s] Second Patriarch [Great Master] Shàndǎo’s [teachings], gather [and receive those of] middle [and] low roots: [with] Focused Cultivation [of] pure karma; [by] wholehearted upholding [of Āmítuófó’s] name.
六祖永明，
摄受上根：
万善圆修；
净杂二业。
[The Pure Land Tradition’s] Sixth Patriarch [Great Master] Yǒngmíng’s [teachings], gather [and] receive [those of] high roots: [with] ten thousand goodnesses’ Complete Cultivation; [of] both pure [and] mixed karmas.
