人民安乐之基
[303] Foundation Of [The] People’s Peace [And] Bliss
善教儿女，俾彼悉皆为贤人，为淑媛，实为敦伦之大者。
[With the] good teach sons [and] daughters, so that all those [can] be virtuous persons, be chaste females, [and] truly be those [with] great harmonious [human] relations.
以儿女既皆贤善，则兄弟、姊妹、妯娌、儿孙，皆相观而善。
With sons [and] daughters, already all virtuous [and] good, then [will elder] brothers, [younger brothers], elder sisters, younger sisters, wives of brothers, children [and] grandchildren, all observe one another, [to] then [be] good.
从兹贤贤相继，则贤人多而坏人少，坏人亦可化为贤人善人。
From this, [with the] virtuous [after the] virtuous, one after another, then [are] virtuous persons more and bad persons less. Bad persons also can transform [to] be virtuous persons [and] good persons.
天下太平，人民安乐之基，皆于教儿女中含之。
[For the] heavens below [to have] great peace, [as] foundation of [the] people’s peace [and] bliss, all [are] from [the] teaching [of] sons [and] daughters, contained within it.
