[283] [Does] Reciting [Āmítuó]fó[‘s Name For] Rebirth [In His Pure Land] Have True Experiences [As] Proof?

◎ [Summary]: Read [the] Record [Of] Pure Land’s Noble Sages.
至于念佛实验，岂不能折伏科学者之谗口？
As for mindfulness [of Āmítuó]fó[‘s name’s] true experiences, how can [they be] not able [to] refute [the] slandering mouths of those ‘scientific’?
汝何不看《净土圣贤录》，是诸人之临终实验，何不许人谈？
Why [are] you not reading [the] Record [Of] Pure Land’s Noble Sages, [which] are [with the] true experiences of many people approaching [life’s] end. Why not allow people [to] discuss [them]?
而今之谈佛者，又何必舍此种实验，而徒叹束手？真是怀抱夜明珠，徒自恨黑暗。可不哀哉？
And now, of those discussing Buddhism, again, why abandon these kinds [of] true experiences, yet only sigh [to have] bound hands? [This] truly is [to] embrace [a] night-shining gem, [yet] only personally resenting [the] darkness. How [is this] not lamentable?
