刹那偈
Verse On This Instant
当下唯有这刹那，
若刹那起烦恼时，
刹那念佛亲近佛，
烦恼刹那无处住。
In this moment, there is only this instant (kṣaṇa),
if, when in this instant, arises afflictions,
in this instant mindful of Āmítuófó, getting close to Āmítuófó,
afflictions in this instant will have no place to abide.
