蔬食
Veg(etari)an-Eating
蔬食卫生，肉食伤生，
杀时恨心，其毒非轻。
Veg(etari)an-eating [is] healthy [and hygienic, while] meat-eating harms [those] living. When killing [with the] hateful mind, its poison [is] not light.
勿贪吃肉，吃了须还，
还的时候，真个可怜。
[Do] not greedily eat meat, [as] after eating, [there] must [be] returning. When returning, [it] truly [is] pitiful.
