Verses On ‘With Mindfulness Of Buddha, A Lotus Flower Immediately Grows’
弥陀名字不思议，闻之罪灭众应知。
但有称名生净刹，总须深信勿怀疑。
Āmítuófó’s name is inconceivable, with hearing it, transgressions are eliminated, all should know this. Only having reciting of his name [with Faith and Aspiration], is there birth in his Pure Land, all must deeply believe and not doubt this.
此界一人念佛名，西方便有一莲生。
但使一坐常不退，一花直到此间迎。
In this world, when one person is mindful of the Buddha’s name, his Western Pure Land then has a lotus flower growing. Only enable it to, in one sitting, constantly not retrogressing, with this one flower directly coming to this place to welcome one.
清净池水照莲台，森森宝刹照天开。
巍巍慈主常微笑，人人摄取往生来。
In a pure pond’s water, on an illuminating lotus dais, towering in the treasure land, illuminating the sky when blossoming. The imposing Compassionate Master constantly smiles, to everyone gathered, with rebirth coming.
莫怪频频相苦劝，见人往尽无往常。
若得念佛深三昧，不怕当來平等王。
Do not blame those repeatedly encouraging one another, who see people going to the end without rebirth there frequently. If attaining mindfulness of Buddha’s profound samādhi, not fearing the future’s equality king [i.e. death].
