一心念即得解脱
With Wholehearted Mindfulness Attains Immediate Liberation
若有无量百千万亿众生受诸苦恼，
闻是观世音菩萨，一心称名，
观世音菩萨即时观其音声，皆得解脱。

If [there] are immeasurable thousands [of] millions [of] koṭis [of] sentient beings receiving all [kinds of] suffering [and] afflictions, [who] hear this Guānshìyīn [Contemplator Of The World’s Sounds] Bodhisattva, [and] wholeheartedly recite [his] name, Guānshìyīn Bodhisattva [will] immediately regard these sounds, [and] all [will] attain liberation.

念佛菩萨除三毒
With Mindfulness Of Buddha Or Bodhisattva Eliminate The Three Poisons
若有众生多于淫欲，
常念恭敬观世音菩萨，
便得离欲；
If [there] are sentient beings [with] many of lustful desires, [with] constant mindfulness reverent [of] Guānshìyīn [Contemplator Of The World’s Sounds] Bodhisattva, [they will] then attain departure [from] desires.
若多嗔恚，
常念恭敬观世音菩萨，
便得离嗔；
If [with] much anger, [with] constant mindfulness reverent [of] Guānshìyīn Bodhisattva, [they will] then attain departure [from] anger.
若多愚痴，
常念恭敬观世音菩萨，
便得离痴。
If [with] much ignorance, [with] constant mindfulness reverent [of] Guānshìyīn Bodhisattva, [they will] then attain departure [from] ignorance.

如是世间尊，
三界无等伦，

Such [is the] World-Honoured [One] [Āmítuófó], [in the] three realms [of desire, form and formlessness] without [an] equal peer, [with] respectful praise [of him] accumulate meritorious virtues, [to] quickly accomplish [as the] most excellent persons.
